Terms of Service Confirmation and Acceptance

Won owns the ownership and operation rights of Won's products and related software, and Won has the right to supervise, prompt, inspect, correct and punish all activities on its products. When the user reads the Terms of Service through the registration process and clicks the "Register" button to complete the registration, it means that the user and Won have reached an agreement to voluntarily accept all the contents of the Terms of Service. If the user does not agree to the conditions of the terms of service, he cannot obtain the right to use the Won service and to register as a Won user.

Rules of use

After the user has successfully registered, Won will give each user a user account and corresponding password, and the user account and password shall be kept by the user; the user shall be legally responsible for all activities and events with his user account.

The user shall take full responsibility for the authenticity, legality and validity of the registered information in Won. The user shall not impersonate others; shall not publish any information in the name of others; shall not maliciously use the registered account to cause misunderstanding by other users; otherwise, Won has the right to Immediately stop providing services, withdraw their account, and the user shall be solely responsible for all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.

Users shall not use the Won service to send or disseminate sensitive information and information that violates the national legal system, including but not limited to the following information:

Opposes the basic principles established by the Constitution;
Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
Damage to national honor and interests;
Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
Undermining the state's religious policy and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;
Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigate crime;
Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others;
Contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

Won has the right to review and supervise the user's use of Won products. If the user violates any of the above regulations when using Won products, Won or its authorized person has the right to require the user to correct or directly take all necessary measures to alleviate the user's misconduct impact.

Stealing other people's user accounts or using network communication to harass others is illegal. Users shall not use any illegal means such as testing and deception to steal other users' accounts and harass others.

Disclaimer

1.

Won cannot guarantee the accuracy and reasonableness of the user's answers to questions or comments in this community.

2.

If the Won product has clearly stated that its network service provision method has changed and reminded the user to pay attention, all the consequences arising from the user's failure to operate as required shall be borne by the user.

The user expressly agrees that the risk of using the Won product network service will be entirely borne by himself; all the consequences arising from his use of the Won service are also borne by himself, and Won will not assume any responsibility to the user.

Won does not guarantee that the network service will meet the user's requirements, nor does it guarantee that the network service will not be interrupted, nor does it guarantee the timeliness, security and accuracy of the network service.

Won does not assume any responsibility for network service interruption or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond Won's control, but will try its best to reduce the loss and impact on users.

The user agrees to protect and safeguard the interests of Won and other users. The content posted by the user on Won only expresses his personal position and opinion, and does not represent the position or opinion of Won. The user agrees to be liable for any damages caused to Won or any other third party as a result of the user posting content that is illegal, untrue, improper, infringes the legitimate rights and interests of a third party, or the user violates any of the terms under this agreement.

Modification of Terms of Service

Won will modify the terms of service when necessary. Once the terms of service are changed, Won will prompt the user to modify the content on the page before the user enters the next step of use. If you agree to the changes, please activate the "I agree" button again. If you do not accept, please cancel your account promptly. To continue using Won's services, users need two confirmations:
